Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities
- Create renewal contract price quotation and official proposals based on required customer’s hardware/software inventory and service level.
- Proactively follow up with customers for the renewal status
- Take ownership to serve assigned accounts
- Provide quality customer service to customers through customer visit, phone, and E-Mail
Requirements
- University graduate in any discipline
- 3 years or above related experience
- Mature, independent with good communication skills
- Self-motivated, hardworking and aggressive
- Good analytical skill and drive for achievement
- Well knowledge in computer operations (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing etc.)
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
