Human Resources Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties e.g. handling the employee benefits and leave administration
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to monthly payroll preparation (MPF contributions, payroll data analysis, record maintenance, tax returns preparation etc.)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks and other HR related projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Diploma or above in any discipline, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Detail-minded with strong numeric and business acumen
  • Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel in particular)
  • Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation and positive working attitude
  • Able to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Knowledge of the HK Labour Law and HR regulations is an advantage
  • Immediately available is preferred
