Service Activation Manager
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving Managed Service and Business Solution to achieve End user outcome
  • Define services objective and scope, document current and future-state process, document risks and assumptions, and follow through entire development, testing and implementation processes
  • Coordinate with business user divisions to collect business requirement
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with project owners and other stakeholders
  • Responsible for Service Assurance and review the quality of project and service deliverables (such as functional specifications, design document and test plans)
  • Manage the customer expectations throughout the process and drive critical decisions
  • Collaboration with technical delivery teams in Service integration and decomposition
  • Work with Project Manager on suggested work assignments and leading team from design to product closing
Qualifications
  • University graduate in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with Networking, System and related technology
  • Minimum 3 years experiences working with high level architectures design in network and systems infra solution
  • Knowledge of Cloud-based solutions and architecture such as Public / Private Cloud
  • Solid background in business operations, project management and risk management
  • Proven experience in functional and technical architecture, design and development, testing, and system integration
  • Experience developing detailed designs and solutions from Business Needs requirements
  • Good presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Activation Manager
