Service Consultant
Responsibilities
  • To work closely with Service Sales team on major activities in professional ICT services presales areas
  • Activities include customer requirement analysis, scope of work (SoW) & service proposal preparation and presentation
  • To be the anchor of service presales case to collaborate with Service Development Team, Service Operation Team and related Technology Subject Matter Expert
Requirements
  • University graduate in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines, with at least 3 years experiences on either professional ICT services or managed services
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Solid technology fundamental knowledge on networking, data center virtualization or system engineering
  • Self-motivated and interested to explore new technologies and services
  • Candidate with any of the following certification or experience will be considered with priority:
  • Certification or Knowledge of ISO 20000, or ITILv3
  • Certification of CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH or technical certification from Cybersecurity solution vendor
  • Experience as Technical Project Manager in ICT Projects
  • Experience in Product Development in Telecom Carrier
  • Experience as team leader or senior position in NOC or SOC
  • Experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Service Consultant
