Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities
  • Create renewal contract price quotation and official proposals based on required customer’s hardware/software inventory and service level.
  • Proactively follow up with customers for the renewal status
  • Take ownership to serve assigned accounts
  • Provide quality customer service to customers through customer visit, phone, and e-mail
Requirements
  • University graduate in any discipline
  • 3 years or above related experience
  • Mature, independent with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and aggressive
  • Good analytical skill and drive for achievement
  • Well knowledge in computer operations (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing etc.)
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
