Service Engineer (Voice)
Description

Responsibility:

  • Develop technical and soft skill and product knowledge to deliver technical tasks to the customer
  • Implement project, perform testing, install and configure equipment, contain and execute change, prepare document and provide maintenance support for customer’s infrastructure and system
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing leading ICT products including network infrastructure products, network security products, collaboration solutions and cloud applications etc.​

 

Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma holders in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
  • ​Positive attitude for customer facing tasks and continual technology knowledge learning.
  • Knowledge or experience in switches, routers, IPT, VC, Call logger, Call center
  • A good team player with good communication skills
  • More than 1 year relevant working experience in related technologies
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Less experience or fresh graduate can apply for Assistant Engineer​
