Service Engineer (Voice)
- Develop technical and soft skill and product knowledge to deliver technical tasks to the customer
- Implement project, perform testing, install and configure equipment, contain and execute change, prepare document and provide maintenance support for customer’s infrastructure and system
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing leading ICT products including network infrastructure products, network security products, collaboration solutions and cloud applications etc.
- Degree or Higher Diploma holders in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
- Positive attitude for customer facing tasks and continual technology knowledge learning.
- Knowledge or experience in switches, routers, IPT, VC, Call logger, Call center
- A good team player with good communication skills
- More than 1 year relevant working experience in related technologies
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Less experience or fresh graduate can apply for Assistant Engineer
