Engineer Trainee
Responsibilities
- Develop technical skill and product knowledge to deliver technical tasks to the customer
- Develop soft skill to respond to customer’s request and monitor the project progress
- Implement project, perform testing, install and configure equipment, contain and execute change, prepare document and provide maintenance support for customer’s infrastructure and system
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing leading ICT products including network infrastructure products, network security products, virtualized computing system and operations support system, etc.
Qualifications
- Studying in IT or Engineering disciplines
- Prefer experience on Linux/Windows platform but not a must
- Knowledge of Basic Networking
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & inter-personal skill
- Willing to work in roster model
